100 Families Land Ownership Initiative
Our long-term goal is to help 100 families work toward land ownership, stability, entrepreneurship, and a legacy they can pass to the next generation. The proposed pathway brings together ownership education, financial preparation, entrepreneurship, and land stewardship. The initiative is in planning and interest gathering; 100 families is a goal, not a count of available lots or completed ownership.
No land, homes, or ownership opportunities are currently available. Joining the interest list is free. No payment is required, and signup does not guarantee admission, land, housing, financing, or a completion date. Program costs, eligibility, ownership structure, and timelines must be confirmed before any participation offer.
Donations are not currently being collected. No donation is required to join the interest list, and a donation would not improve selection or create ownership rights, priority, admission, or financial return.

No. HERO Village and the 100 Families initiative are in development. No land, homes, or ownership opportunities are currently available.
Does joining the interest list guarantee ownership?
No. The interest list is free and supports future updates and orientation invitations. It does not guarantee admission, land, a home, or ownership.
Are meetings and revisions included in service pricing?
Reasonable project communication is included in every package. The administrative and presentation packages list their revision allowances. Services are project-based and are not unlimited; changes beyond the selected scope may require review.
Does HERO provide legal advice or guarantee funding?
HERO provides administrative support and does not practice law or replace licensed legal professionals. Its presentation services do not guarantee funding approvals, investor participation, partnership agreements, business outcomes, or project approval.
