The HERO 100 Families Initiative is preparing to open donations once the approved payment provider and compliance reviews are complete. Until then, donations are not being collected. A proposed founding‑phase target of $250,000 may support early planning activities such as site control, surveys, engineering, legal program design, family education, and administrative needs. This figure is a planning estimate and not the total cost of helping 100 families. Giving does not create ownership rights, priority, admission, or financial return.
